Chef de Partie Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at the Dublin Royal Convention Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in all aspects of food preparation and service, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
* Strong understanding of culinary techniques, ingredient selection, and menu planning.
