**Project Manager Role**
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at {company}, a leading Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy based in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, or construction management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive high-quality project delivery and provide excellent service to clients and stakeholders.
* Conduct research, data collection, and other exercises to identify best practices and innovation opportunities.
* Develop clear and concise project briefs, reports, and programs.
* Schedule and plan projects effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
* Represent the company with professionalism and integrity when interacting with clients, stakeholders, and design teams.
* Assist in developing and enhancing project delivery, including managing project costs, drafting strategic documentation, and compiling tender lists.
* Dealing with change control processes, negotiating professional fee claims, and drafting monthly reports.
* Implementing project handover, defects management, and close-out procedures, as well as facilitating lessons learned workshops.
* Raising and enhancing the company's market profile by identifying and converting growth opportunities.
Requirements:
* Civil Engineering/PM/Construction Management Degree.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and accurate project reports.
* Experience in developing and analyzing project programs using Microsoft Project or similar tools.
* A good understanding of statutory consents and building control regulations processes.
* Ability to work independently and adapt to client and project changes.
