Procurement Manager Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time role in Co. Offaly.
Main Duties:
* Design and implement cost-effective procurement strategies, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
* Optimize supply chain processes to improve logistics, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
* Stay informed on market trends and identify opportunities for partnerships and innovative solutions that benefit the company, customers, and patients.
* Collaborate with senior management to review procurement data, set targets, and explore new supplier and commercial opportunities.
* Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and compliance regulations.
* Monitor and manage inventory to reduce waste, optimize stock levels, and guarantee critical product availability.
* Create forecasts and track usage trends to maintain supply continuity.
* Provide clear direction, strategy, and goals for the team while fostering a supportive and innovative work environment.

Main Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in management sourcing/procurement role within the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device sector.
* Strong business acumen.
* Experience managing multiple priorities and working to strict deadlines.
* Proven organisation and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrate proficiency managing analytically rigorous initiatives.
* High level proficiency in the MS Office Suite required.
