Role Purpose
Our ambition in the Digital & Technology Function is to become the best connected brewer by digitally transform our route to consumer and in parallel modernizing and simplifying our IT landscape. The Digital Specialist performs a pivotal role in the D&T function shaping and delivering the future roadmap for route to consumer digital projects using best practice and latest technologies
Main duties & responsibilities
Daily support and maintenance of all Digital Solutions Applications including Siebel and related interfaces, various web apps and company websites
Actively contribute to the development and delivery of the technology roadmap for the Commerce Functions
Act as a business partner across Commerce functions with the purpose of improving existing systems, removing customer pain-points and delivering new requirements
Management of IT Resources including third party vendors required for business as usual support and projects
End to end project management for assigned projects including scope definition, requirements gathering, technical specification, business case development, testing, status reporting and budget management
Influence relevant stakeholders and recommend digital solutions based on global best practice and data driven insights
Actively engage with other D&T colleagues in Ireland and Globally on learning and deploying new digital technologies that will contribute to the overall goal of becoming the best connected brewer
Constantly challenge our ways of working by showcasing how we could enable business problem solving through innovative digital solutions
Competencies & skills
Relevant third level qualification at masters or degree level (Advanced Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science)
5+ years functional experience in Siebel is essential (Tools, Siebel Administration, Workflow, EIM, EAI)
MS SQL Server, SSIS/SSRS
Power Platform and MS Dynamics experience an advantage
Strong analytical, creativity and business acumen skills
Be Curious – around customer, ourselves and competition: asking questions, looking for alternative ways to problem solving
Excellent stakeholder management skills (including collaboration, curiosity, courage, responsibility, trust, ability to speak up, driven to simplify, independent thinker and authentic)
Strong communication, project management & structured problem solving.
Experience working in an agile environment
Strong learning agility with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
