Cleaner
Ocean Fitness is looking for a cleaner for the weekday hygiene team. You will be joining a dedicated team and ideally have previous experience as a cleaner and experience in the leisure industry. You will be required to work Monday - Thursday 5-11pm.
Duties & responsibilities:
* To follow all cleaning schedules and lists to ensure that all areas of the club are kept cleaned
* To ensure that all areas of the club are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness
* To ensure that the changing rooms are maintained so as to ensure that all users can enjoy a pleasant changing experience on every visit
* To report maintenance issues immediately
* To lock up the club at the end of the night in line with closing procedures
* To use cleaning chemicals in line with training provided and only the cleaning products provided by employer
* To report any defects with equipment that become evident
* To report any incidents that occur during your shift to club supervisor or manager
* To store all lost property as per our lost property procedures
* To ensure that the highest standard of customer service is provided to all guests.
* To ensure that all reasonable care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, guests and other persons on the premises.
* To carry out fire drills.
* To observe all safety procedures and rules.
* To be aware and comply with company policy regarding: Fire, Health & Safety, Hygiene, Food Hygiene, Customer Care & Security.
* To report and where possible take action on incidents of accidents or damage.
* To attend all training courses as notified to you by management.
* To perform other duties as assigned to you by management to meet business needs.
