Position: Clinical Team Lead
Location: Co-located in Bray and Arklow
Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer
Hours: Part-time, 3 days per week (25 hours) with the potential for full-time in the future
Salary: €58,500 to €70,000 per annum (pro-rata)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership, support, and supervision to a team of clinical staff and volunteers.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-centered therapeutic services.
* Oversee case management and clinical governance in line with industry best practices.
* Contribute to service development and resource allocation.
* Deliver training and continuous professional development opportunities for the team.
* Liaise with stakeholders to maintain and enhance service provision.
Requirements:
* A relevant qualification in Counselling, Psychotherapy, Psychology, or Psychiatry.
* Full accreditation with a recognised professional body (e.g. IACP, IAHIP, PSI, ICP, or equivalent).
* Significant experience in clinical practice and team supervision.
* Strong leadership skills, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
* Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
* Experience in the voluntary or non-profit sector is a plus.
* Transport access to Bray and Arklow.
* Flexible part-time hours (3 days per week) with potential to transition into a full-time role.
* Good Friday and 2 additional pre-set days off at Christmas.
