Overview: We have a requirement for a Document Controller for a large scale Pharmaceutical Construction Project in Co. Cork. Responsibilities:
On a day to day basis you will be involved in the following activities:
1. Providing general administration office duties (as designated by the Project Manager) supporting a project team.
2. Maintain Weekly Meeting Schedule (Book Rooms, Catering/IS, send meeting notifications, update schedule).
3. Maintain Correspondence Log (email to / from Client / vendor etc.).
4. Issue Project Documents electronically.
5. Prepare PowerPoint Presentations.
6. Compiling Monthly reports, for issue to Client.
7. Organising inductions and set up for new starts on site (Organising PC’s phones etc).
8. Liaising with IT to resolve issues.
9. Organising Stationary & photocopier maintenance.
10. Hardcopy filing and compiling of handover documentation.
Qualifications:
What you need in order to apply for the role:
1. A minimum of 3 years in a professional office environment with a background in administration.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Friendly, positive and flexible attitude to work.
4. Excellent ability to work on own initiative.
5. Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
6. Excellent computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio).
7. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
