A great opportunity has arisen to join our client in Mullingar as a Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Oversee a team of direct reports, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Customer Service: Prioritise customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
* Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
* Performance Management: Monitor team performance, set clear goals, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
* Inventory Management: Manage parts inventory to optimise stock levels and minimise shortages.
* System Proficiency: Utilise Keyloop system to manage workflow and track performance metrics.
* Financial Performance: Contribute to the department's financial goals by maximising labor efficiency and controlling costs.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience within a main dealership environment.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* Proficient in using workshop management systems, preferably Keyloop.
* A valid UK driving license.
* Have experience using Keyloop DMS system.
* Managing KPI's & a small team.
