About the Role
As part of our Employment Law team, you will advise on employment-related matters, delivering innovative solutions to complex legal challenges. You will work closely with clients from multinational corporations to local businesses, offering strategic advice on workplace law while supporting their long-term business objectives.
* Advise on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including contracts, policies, and compliance.
* Represent clients in employment-related disputes, including mediations, Workplace Relations Commission hearings, and court proceedings.
* Advise on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including TUPE and restructuring.
* Provide strategic guidance on employment law issues, including workplace investigations, disciplinary matters, and employee grievances.
* Develop and deliver training sessions for clients on employment law updates and workplace best practices.
About You
We seek a qualified solicitor with 1-7 years' PQE in employment law, ideally gained at a leading law firm or specialized employment law practice. The ideal candidate should be experienced in managing both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, have strong communication skills, and be commercially minded.
