Hotel Talent are looking for a Sales Manager to join a 4* hotel.
You will be responsible for sales planning, forecasting and driving hotel sales revenue.
Manages and oversees proactive sales for all contracted segments Proactive in the market with annual sales targets to achieve both individually and collectively for the sales team.
Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.
Achieves personal and team-related revenue goals.
Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.
Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
Provides service to our customers in order to grow the account Develops effective sales plans for all market segments.
Understands the overall market - competitors strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc.
and knows how to sell against them.
Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Conducts site inspections, FAM Trips and weekly sales calls.
Ideal candidate: Previous Proactive Sales Experience from the 4/5 Star Hotel Market in Ireland.
