We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist experienced in in-house or agency recruitment environments. This role will provide end-to-end support for our IT and Global Operations recruitment. Based in Dublin, this role will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and be part of the wider Talent team between the UK and Ireland locations.
What will you be doing:
1. Partnering with the Talent team and other key stakeholders (E.g., business leaders, hiring managers HR Team,) to own, lead, and deliver on the key recruitment activities with regards to defining role requirements, identifying recruitment channels, sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates, monitoring pipelines through to negotiation and candidate acceptance.
2. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, actively identifying new ways to source candidates through social media to build a continuous pipeline for future talent requirements.
3. Ensure roles are regularly updated and advertised on the careers section, and job boards providing a correct and clear understanding of the job descriptions. Manage the daily shortlisting and screenings of the applications.
4. Provide correct and timely recruitment reports and maintain strong KPIs around talent attraction.
5. Act as a strong and trusted Talent Specialist across the business, providing advice and support to hiring managers at all levels of the organization.
6. Provide market analysis and insights to the wider Talent team about compensation and benefits, skills gaps on the market, and candidate feedback.
7. Partner with agencies to source candidates where necessary and manage the vendor setup process
8. Work closely with the wider TA team to develop a standard approach to the processes, support, and participate in TA-related team projects.
9. The main point of contact for any day-to-day recruitment-related queries and act as a mentor to internal talent by regularly guiding the available opportunities
Key Skills & Experiences
We are looking for:
10. Minimum 2 years of experience working in an end-to-end recruitment role.
11. Manage heavy volume recruitment
12. A progressive, non-bureaucratic approach to Talent attraction and sourcing
13. Experience of the latest Talent thinking but in practical terms – not just a theory
14. Experience working in a dynamic in-house Talent team, preferably within a multi-disciplined company.
15. An ability to work in an agile way. Comfortable with ambiguity. Not afraid to forge a path.
16. Comfortable working autonomously without the need for constant oversight
17. Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial culture that moves quickly and requires rapid response and the ability to make quick, sound decisions
18. Digital acumen, good knowledge of systems (Workday ideally) and processes that improve efficiency and drive enhanced decision making
19. Excellent relationship building and communication, with the ability to move between listening to, guiding and coaching others at all levels
20. Common sense – always spots opportunities to simplify and improve processes to drive better results
21. Marketing, communication, and presentation skills to facilitate projects and initiatives
22. Workday experience is a bonus but not essential
How we’d like to work together
We value flexibility around your work so the location of this role can be based in any of our offices within UK and Ireland with the option of Hybrid working from home. As our team is globally dispersed, there will be flexibility required in order to interact with colleagues around the world on their time zones (i.e. it’s not a ‘9 to 5’ type of job). This role may also require some travel between UK and Ireland to meet hiring managers or potential candidates face to face as and when required.
