Talbot Hotel Carlow, part of the Talbot Collection, are currently recruiting for a Full Time Store person to join our team.
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, you will ensure the efficient operations of the stores, deliveries and back of house area and assist with the waste management operation of the hotel.

Main duties will include:
1. Assist and check in all deliveries to include beverages, foods, etc., ensuring they are accurate and distributed to the relevant departments.
2. Assist departmental managers with stock takes.
3. Cleaning and upkeep of all storage areas and loading bay areas in line with health & safety requirements.
4. Recording daily maintenance activities when required.
5. Assist with other duties related to the back of house area and the waste management and recycling for the hotel.
6. Working on your own initiative is a must. Relevant experience in a similar role would be an advantage; however, training will be given.
