Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. You will benefit from training and development, mentoring, and assistance for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the support and guidance you need to develop and succeed. As a GROW graduate, you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to assist you in gaining the skills you require to succeed.
On the Engineering GROW Programme, you will be given the opportunity to specialise within your chosen discipline of engineering, ensuring you obtain the appropriate experiences needed to become a technical expert. Being an Engineer at Arcadis is about applying a human filter to all your technical expertise and training, making an impact through innovation and creativity. During this three-year programme, you will develop core engineering and consulting techniques that can be applied while working with our clients in the UK and potentially some of our international clients around the globe.
Working in the Process Department, you will operate as part of a team of Process Engineers conducting various design activities for projects within life sciences. As a Process Engineer on a project, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that handles our client needs in the following areas: architectural, process, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, commissioning, validation, and construction management services. You will gain an understanding of how these disciplines interact and the links that Process design deliverables have to other key activities in a design.
As a Graduate Process Engineer, you will continuously develop your capability in process design by contributing to active projects and participating in regular training (both technical and personal) to develop skills such as presentation and communication. Your work will likely involve projects in some of the following key areas: sterile manufacturing, fill finish, bulk API, oral solid dosage, chemical manufacturing, and microelectronics.
