Responsibilities:
* Stores Cleanliness: Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, fridges, and food preparation areas. Empty rubbish bins and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
* Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, storing, and organising kitchen supplies and ingredients.
* Compliance with Health and Safety: Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring equipment is in good working order.
* Receiving Deliveries: Check the goods received upon delivery.
* Liaising with Suppliers: Communicate with suppliers about deliveries and discrepancies in stock.
* Keeping Detailed Records: Maintain records of shortages and spares of items.
* Updating Inventory Management Systems: Regularly update inventory management systems.
* Picking and Delivering Goods: Deliver goods to other on-site kitchens.
