HR Administrator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Administrator to join our team in Dublin West. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this role will involve supporting all HR activities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Involvement in recruitment activities, including posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and liaising with candidates and line managers.
* Managing the onboarding process for new starters, including issuing contracts of employment and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date staff files.
* Providing timely and informative reports on recruitment, finances, and other key metrics.
* Handling daily queries related to holiday requests and colleague needs.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* 1-2+ years' experience in HR Administration.
* Clean Driving License with access to own vehicle.
* Relevant HR qualification.
* Familiarity with best practices in HR.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
