A client of mine, a multinational Software company is looking for a highly skilled administrative professional to achieve their business goals. With an expanding team, they are looking to hire a Senior Administrative Assistant to support senior leaders in the EMEA Business org. The successful candidate will partner directly with leaders helping them achieve their goals and objectives. You will also work with the functional administrative teams.
This is an initial 9-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
·Possess a clear understanding of business priorities and bandwidth of the leader to best leverage their time.
·Calendar management, including coordinating different time zones with strong attention to accuracy & detail for 3 regional leaders.
· Demonstrate continuity in communications across leader(s) and stakeholders.
· Manage and coordinate internal and external meetings including logistics, location etc.
· Work at a fast pace, proactively, following through on tasks to successful completion and answering of queries.
·Support your leader(s) in maintaining relationships with key people and highlight any opportunities for collaboration.
·Embody the culture, values, and goals of the business.
·Assist with additional projects if required.
·Identify opportunities within the operations and assist in refining processes/ offer new solutions.
· Work within a collaborative team in a tech-driven environment.
Ideal Candidate profile:
·4+ years of leadership support (Director, VP, C Suite) or similar experience
· Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
· Have experience working with multiple stakeholders, coordination of 3 diaries including travel management.
·Flawless attention to detail and commitment to executing all daily tasks.
·Strong decision-making skills.
·Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new applications and tools.
·A determined individual with the ability to prioritise tasks and re-adapt their plan accordingly.
· Must possess exceptional confidentiality.
· The ability to understand and improve on current processes.
·This role requires the candidate to be available in person and onsite 3-4 days per week.
