Job Description:
As a Shipping Administrator, you will be responsible for creating international shipping labels for carriers, declaring goods for export, and dealing with Customs Clearance Brokers. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with the sales team and clients, and work collaboratively with the Warehouse Supervisor and Logistics Manager to achieve quality and KPI targets.
Responsibilities:
* Creating labels for all daily shipments, returns, collections, and shipments between sites in coordination with the Warehouse Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager.
* Booking collections with couriers and updating tracking files.
* Liaising with courier companies and/or brokers for shipments with issues or pending customs clearance.
* Processing administration associated tasks, including goods in/out handling and inspection, storage, packing, and dispatch.
* Assisting in achieving quality and KPI targets, working on own initiative in the absence of the Supervisor, and communicating with the Supervisor or Managers regarding customer, product, and shipping issues.
* Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace and supporting other areas of the business when required.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in creating international shipping labels for carriers (UPS/FedEx/DHL).
* Knowledgeable in declaring goods for export and dealing with Customs Clearance Brokers.
* Experience using Excel and MS Office suite.
* Knowledgeable of warehouse/logistics operations.
* Strong administration skills with computer literacy.
* Communication and team working skills.
* Ability to meet agreed timescales and deadlines.
* Flexible attitude.
* Possess a can-do attitude to work.
* Ability and willingness to work in a warehouse type role.
* Reliable and punctual.
* Own transport preferred (Car/Bike).

8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Salary:
€30-32K + Bonus (up to 15%) subject to achieving performance objectives
