Job Title: Banking Administrator
We are partnering with a leading Northern Ireland bank to recruit a temporary Banking Administrator.

The Role:
* Accurately inputting and processing data
* Handling banking administrative tasks, including record maintenance, filing, and document preparation
* Scanning and managing documentation efficiently
* Responding to customer queries and providing excellent service
* Performing quality control checks and basic system maintenance
* Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and Word documents as required
The Person:
* Essential Criteria:
o Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word
o Experience managing customer and third-party communications via phone
o A collaborative team player who shares knowledge and supports colleagues
o Exceptional attention to detail with accurate data entry and record management skills
* Desirable Criteria:
o Previous experience in banking or financial services
o Previous administrative experience would be beneficial
o Experience working with a large customer base
o An understanding of retail banking operations
