We are hiring for our client, a leading law firm in Dublin, seeking a Construction Solicitor to join their well-established team. The Role
• Advising clients on contentious and non-contentious construction law matters, including contract negotiation, risk management, and dispute resolution.• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, including FIDIC, NEC, and RIAI standard form contracts.• Representing clients in construction-related disputes, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation.• Providing strategic legal advice to developers, contractors, consultants, and insurers.• Staying up to date with legal and regulatory developments in the construction sector.
The Person
• 5+ years’ PQE with experience in construction law within a reputable law firm.• Strong knowledge of contract law, construction regulations, and dispute resolution.• Experience working with developers, contractors, and industry stakeholders.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a commercial mindset.• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
