Job Title: Account Executive DACH - SMB/ENT
We are seeking a fluent German speaker to join our sales team, working with marketing software solutions for businesses in the DACH region. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
- Focus on key buyer personas: Small Businesses, C-Suite, and Marketing decision-makers
- Meet and exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual New Logo targets
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure
- Leverage CRM tools and prospecting platforms like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and Outreach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Account Development, Solutions Architects, and others
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, with a proven track record of success
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong knowledge of the E-commerce, Retailers, and Brands domain
- Ability to achieve consistent goals in competitive environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with cold calling and creative pipeline generation strategies
- Familiarity with established sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (preferred but not required)
