The Information Security team drives innovation through risk-based solutions to protect the company at every stage, from discovery to delivery. They are currently seeking an experienced Identity Developer focused on identity services and technologies. What You'll Be Doing:
You will be a part of the Information Security Identity and Access Management team, responsible for delivering secure technologies that support our client's mission. In this role, you will collaborate with business units, tech teams, and the broader security organization to drive optimization across information security services and processes. Your expertise will help identify areas for improvement and design innovative solutions that enhance security and efficiency. You'll leverage your development skills to build integrations, automate processes, and deliver self-service capabilities.
How You'll Succeed:
1. Technical Development: Leverage your technical expertise to design, develop, test, and implement solutions, focusing on automation and enhancements for Identity & Access Management (IAM) services.
2. Collaboration: Engage in discussions, prototyping, and configuration to create solutions that meet business needs.
3. Automation: Identify opportunities to automate processes for improved security, user experience, and efficiency.
4. Security & Performance: Ensure that implemented solutions provide optimal security, performance, and user experience.
5. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively within a global team, including remote members, to define and implement service improvements.
6. Problem Solving: Apply research and innovative thinking to solve complex security challenges.
What You Should Bring:
1. Knowledge of fundamental security principles.
2. Experience with identity and access management technologies such as privileged access management, directory services, federation, multifactor authentication, access governance, and identity lifecycle management.
3. Expertise in developing process and data flows to streamline and simplify processes.
4. Experience implementing automation solutions and transitioning optimized processes to service owners.
5. Proficiency with tools such as MIM, ServiceNow, Power BI, and automation platforms.
6. Experience developing solutions using .NET, C#, Logic Apps, Python, NodeJS, PHP, PowerShell, or other scripting languages.
7. Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud environments.
8. Experience with query languages such as SQL.
9. Understanding of securing and using APIs.
10. Experience working in Agile teams and using tools like Confluence and Jira.
11. Familiarity with container-based environments and Infrastructure as Code.
12. Experience with testing frameworks (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing) to ensure application quality and reliability.
Basic Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field OR 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and supporting identity and access management systems.
