My client are a young, ambitious residential property developer company with a pipeline of over 1200 units, based in Kildare but with developments throughout Leinster and upcoming projects in the South East.
Role Requirements:
Develop and lead the companys social media strategy, ensuring consistent and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
Focus on increasing brand awareness and driving engagement.
Ensure the companys brand is safeguarded and consistently applied across all platforms, including digital assets, on-site branding, and physical materials.
Work closely with a Graphic Designer to maintain visual and messaging coherence.
Manage all digital branding efforts and work with teams on-site to ensure consistent use of the companys brand in physical locations, such as construction site signage and other visuals.
Continuously monitor and analyse competitors branding and marketing activities
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications or related field.
At least 7 years years experience in marketing with a strong focus on social media management, branding and digital content strategy.
Prior experience in the construction / property development sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
Proven ability to manage social media campaigns and protect brand integrity across multiple platforms.
