Our client a leading Wealth Management firm are currently looking to hire a Customer Service Associate. The successful candidate will be an organised individual with excellent communication skills. Role Duties Include:
1. Act as a first point of contact for customers on all service related enquiries
2. Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
3. Research and build customer’s interest in the services and products available
4. Gather and record accurate client details
5. Assist with the Client Onboarding process
Requirements
6. Third level qualification in a Business related discipline
7. Minimum one years’ experience in a customer service role
8. Good communications skills and customer focus
9. Persuasive, enthusiastic, outgoing nature with an ability to quickly build rapport with customers
10. A high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
