Highly experienced Loan Administration professional sought to manage complex loan portfolios, oversee daily operations, and ensure seamless deal funding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to structure joint venture agreements and optimize loan management systems.
2. Compile, input, and monitor static data in internal and external systems.
3. Administer loans, coordinate with borrowers, and manage cash balances.
4. Oversee daily portfolio administration, deal funding, and document management.
5. Monitor and reconcile cash activity, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., finance, economics, accounting).
2. 8+ years of direct experience in loan administration and/or agency at a securities or investment firm.
3. Excellent Microsoft Excel (VBA a plus) and writing skills.
4. Experience with private credit loan origination, Wall Street Office (WSO), or Loan IQ systems a plus.
5. High level of personal integrity, ethical standards, and strong work ethic.
