NRG Health & Fitness is one of the leading gyms in Galway. We are looking for a responsible Assistant Manager to perform a variety of administrative tasks, as well as generate membership renewals for our health & fitness club.
The work roster will consist of working hours on evening shift during weekdays.
This position would suit an organised individual with great attention to detail, who enjoys interacting with customers and has a drive to achieve monthly targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organise their work using tools like MS Excel and other office equipment.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer and direct phone calls.
2. Maintain contact lists.
3. Act as the point of contact for our members.
4. Ensure all transactions/payments and records are accurate within our operating system.
5. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
6. Management tasks as required.
Skills:
1. Excellent customer service skills.
2. Proven experience as a sales administrative assistant.
3. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
5. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
6. Highly motivated and target-driven.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
