Link Personnel have partnered with our client, a Top Tier Law Firm, to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary for a 12 Month Contract. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with Litigation experience to gain experience with high calibre clients supporting a highly regarded Litigation Team.
Salary: to €50k

The Role:
* Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial assistance to partners and senior associates within the Litigation Department.
* Oversee the billing process, including time recording, invoicing, and following up on overdue payments.
* Collaborate with the finance department to manage client accounts and transaction-related payments.
* Handle Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements during client onboarding, ensuring compliance with all necessary procedures.
* Coordinate and manage client auditing requests.
* Maintain and organize both physical and electronic files, ensuring records are accurate, up-to-date, and easy to access.
* Act as the point of contact for communication with clients and other stakeholders.
* Schedule meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare, proofread, and format a range of legal documents, including agreements, pleadings, and correspondence.
* Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
The Candidate:
* Previous experience assisting with medical negligence, personal injury, product liability, and healthcare litigation.
* Proficiency in AML procedures for client onboarding and document management systems.
* Familiarity with Elite 3E and other legal practice management software.
* Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the business needs.
