Experienced General Manager Wanted
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee the operation of our hotel in County Kerry. The successful candidate will possess a strong track record in managing hotel operations and have excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage departmental managers to ensure seamless hotel operations
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience
* Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
* Monitor and control hotel finances, including budgets and forecasts
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in hotel management in a busy 3 or 4-star hotel
* Hospitality qualification an advantage
* Excellent communication, leadership, organisation, and time management skills
* Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM systems
Package on Offer:
* Competitive salary: €60,000 - €80,000 dependent on experience
* Performance-based bonus
