The Georgian mansion which welcomes visitors today was originally built in 1764, on the same site as the original castle. Dunboyne Castle was acquired by Mr. Thomas Röggla in December 2022. Role & Responsibilities
* Assist the Conference & Banqueting Manager in following up on business referrals and potential sales leads.
* Supervise the function of all Conference & Banqueting Department employees, facilities, sales and costs to ensure maximum departmental profits are achieved.
* Assist in the preparation, presentation and service of banquet food and beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times.
* Inspect equipment, technical equipment, linen, silver, China and other items.
* Know how to operate all departmental equipment, including technical equipment such as copying machine, fax, projectors, videos, TVs etc.
* Assist in developing formal training plans and conducting on the job training sessions for the Conference & Banqueting Department employees.

* Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Strong ability to work efficiently and deal with busy periods competently.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Self-Motivated and Enthusiastic.
* Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
