The Role
As we continue to drive growth and disruption in the digital commerce market, we are seeking a highly ambitious FP&A and business partnering analyst to join our expanding team.
We operate in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with international and cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to represent finance across all elements of the business operations and gain direct exposure to senior management. Reporting to the Head of FP&A and business partnering, you will be part of a team focusing on commercial decisions, financial planning, data analysis, and delivering key messages to C-Suite and Board members.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the financial planning process across the company, ensuring robust plans based on well-defined assumptions.
2. Work closely with the Head of FP&A and business partnering in developing KPIs for the business and understanding the main drivers of performance.
3. Support the Head of FP&A and business partnering in enhancing business reporting and analysis throughout the business, including customer profitability, investment spend, and gross margin.
4. Lead strategic decisions, including product investment return, gross profit, and margin profitability.
5. Partner with Customer Success, Delivery, and product teams to provide timely insights that will help drive business decisions.
6. Be the primary Finance business partner and collaborate with all departments to understand and manage the full cost base within Datalex, providing timely insights that will help drive business decisions.
7. Work closely with financial reporting to produce monthly cost analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year.
8. Partner with the financial control team on process improvement and ensuring proper controls are in place across the business.
Skills & Experience:
* Qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA with 2+ years of PQE.
* Ability to interpret and explain financial and operational data for all levels of management.
* Ability to exercise commercial acumen.
* Ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
* Proficient in working with people at all organisational levels, highlighting strong teamwork skills.
* Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels and across both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
* Self-motivated, looking to help build and grow the business.
* Prior experience with Power BI is an advantage.
* Experience in software development or e-commerce sectors, in practice or industry, is an advantage.
* Previous experience with MS Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Fluency in English.
