The Brothers of Charity Services Ireland - South East Region is seeking a dedicated professional to fill this full-time position. As a Learning and Development, Quality and Advocacy Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Learning and Development, Quality and Advocacy Department of the South East Services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Learning and Development, Quality and Advocacy Department
">
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the needs of individuals supported by the services are met
">
* Ensure the ethos and vision of the Brothers of Charity Services are reflected in all aspects of the service
">
* Develop and implement quality and advocacy strategies to support individuals with intellectual disabilities
">
* Foster a culture of learning and development within the department and the broader organization
">
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required
">

Requirements:
">
To be considered for this role, you will have:
">
">
* A positive attitude towards working with people with intellectual disabilities
">
* Experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in a similar field
">
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
">
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
">
* Strong organizational and time management skills
">
* Degree in a relevant field, such as education, social care, or psychology
">
* Professional qualifications in areas such as QI, Leadership, Coaching, etc.
