Check out this video to hear directly from them.What you’ll doAnalyse financial & non-financial data of new and existing customers to gain an understanding of their businessUnderstand and quantify the risks involved in running an eCommerce business and in Wayflyer providing funding to such a businessSupport and help co-ordinate regular calls with our customers to enhance our understanding of their business and funding requirementsWork closely with management to build and implement new processes and productsSupport our sales and operations teams by understanding how they win and manage relationships with customersLearn about our existing loan portfolio, our portfolio management tools, knowing when to exit risky relationships etcWork with various departments and colleagues across the businessKnowledge, skills and experience:Essential:You’ve completed (or are soon to complete) an undergraduate degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Engineering/Law/Computer ScienceYou can demonstrate a consistent and strong academic recordYou have an interest in credit risk analysis and portfolio managementYou are comfortable leading meetings and presenting your findings and recommendationsYou think founder-first and have a passion for entrepreneurship and early-stage businessesYou are insatiably curious by nature and eager to understand the key drivers to operating a successful online business. You are inquisitive and love asking questionsYou are ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to prove yourselPreferred, but not essential:You can analyse and understand financial reporting (e.g. management accounts / financial models) presented by companiesExperience in MS Excel and/or SQLStudying towards (or intending to study towards) a professional accounting/finance qualificationWhat is important to point out is that you fit most or all of the above-mentioned criteria.
