About Your New Role as a MEP Lead: The MEP Lead has responsibility for the delivery of MEP systems across designated large and or multiple smaller scale projects that are on time, on budget, and meet the company's zero objectives of safety, quality, and energy. Of equal importance is the necessity to guide, lead, and motivate his/her teams in the application of our MEP management systems that will achieve our objective to deliver consistent fully integrated and commissioned MEP systems that will meet the specified design and statutory requirements, leading to seamless handover with the building systems performing to the client's satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all MEP aspects of building projects from design through to completionManage and coordinate MEP teams, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policiesProvide technical expertise to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in the execution of MEP workMonitor project progress and report to senior management on timelines, budgets, and challengesCollaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of MEP systemsWhat Skills You Need: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or equivalentMinimum of 5 years' experience in managing MEP services on construction projectsIn-depth knowledge of MEP systems, building regulations, and industry standardsExcellent project management skills, with a proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budgetStrong communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate teamsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-siteWhat's On Offer: Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work on prestigious and high-profile projectsCareer growth and development in a supportive and dynamic environmentWork with a forward-thinking company committed to innovation and excellenceIf you are an MEP professional looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you!
