Retail Executive Relations Representative EMEIA
Role Summary:
This position is a key link between Apple customers and the company's Executive Team. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management and handle high-profile customer escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
The Retail Executive Relations Team plays a crucial role in damage control and customer service recovery. The team responds to customer escalations from Apple's Executive Team, Public Relations, Apple Legal, and Investor Relations, handling complex problems that include sensitive and visible customer satisfaction issues. This involves communicating official positioning on company matters, developing creative solutions to customer problems, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Fluency in Arabic language
* Experience in an escalations customer support environment
* Strong working knowledge of business processes, policies, and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
* Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, and the ability to provide clear and accurate feedback
* Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Creative problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated ability to negotiate agreements with multiple stakeholders
