Digital Content Producer

Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing digital content for the Northern Ireland Assembly. This includes website content, social media, and email communications.

Key Responsibilities:
* Filming and editing video content for publication on the Assembly's social media channels, website, and intranet.
* Working with the Communications Team to deliver the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission's content plans, tracking and evaluating the performance of content against objectives.
* Designing and publishing software graphics to enhance the branding and messaging of the Assembly on social media, its website, and for internal communications.
* Publishing to and administering the content management system used on the main Assembly website and the Assembly's intranet.
* Providing training and guidance to colleagues throughout the organisation on the different content management systems.
* Maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders including MLAs, Assembly Commission staff, officials from Executive departments, and members of the public.
* Complying with all Assembly Commission's staff policies and procedures.

Requirements:
* A primary degree (minimum 2.2 classification) in any subject or equivalent formal qualifications.
* At least two years' experience in using camera equipment, video editing software, content management systems, online graphics software, social media management platforms, and analytics/insights.
* OR GCSE/GCE 'O' level passes at grades A* to C in four subjects including English language.
