Our client is an international insurance company in Dublin and are seeking a Group Financial Accountant to join their team initially on a 12 month contract but with likelihood of being made permanent.
The role is based in their Dublin city centre office and offers flexible hybrid working.
Job details: Setting up and running a quarterly reporting cycle Preparing and reviewing consolidation templates and schedules Supporting business units through the reporting process Assisting in the preparation of statutory accounts Improving the financial reporting process Supporting the design and maintenance of a Group Compliance and Internal Controls Framework Contributing to various projects to enhance the consolidation process Key Requirements: Qualified accountant (ACA, CPA, or ACCA) Consolidations experience advantageous Experience in the insurance industry preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage projects Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 10% completion Bonus Hybrid working - very flexible Contact If interested, get in touch with Jean O'Donovan on or email Skills: Financial Accounting IFRS Consolidations Financial Reporting
