Gourmet Food Parlour is a leading catering provider, delivering exceptional food and service to a wide range of clients, including corporate events, private parties, weddings, and elite sports teams. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Catering Accounts Executive to oversee our key customers and drive new business growth.
Role Overview:
As a Catering Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients and new business accounts, ensuring they receive outstanding service at all times. You will play a vital role in boosting sales, problem-solving, and gathering feedback to continuously improve our offerings. The role also involves menu planning, pricing strategy, and coordinating deliveries to guarantee a seamless catering experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Client Relationship Management:
* Act as the main point of contact for key customers and new business accounts.
* Ensure all client needs are met with the highest level of service and attention to detail.
* Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Gather and analyse client feedback to drive service improvements.
Sales & Business Development:
* Identify opportunities to upsell and expand services with existing clients.
* Proactively drive new business and develop strong customer partnerships.
* Ensure competitive and strategic pricing to maximise revenue and profitability.
* Collaborate with chefs and the catering team to develop menu ideas tailored to client needs.
* Work on pricing structures that align with client budgets and company goals.
* Ensure menu selections meet quality and dietary standards.
Logistics & Delivery Coordination:
* Oversee the scheduling and organization of deliveries to ensure timely and accurate service.
* Work closely with operations teams to resolve any issues efficiently.
* Maintain clear communication between clients, chefs, and delivery teams.
Service Excellence & Problem Solving:
* Proactively address and resolve any service-related challenges.
* Ensure all clients feel valued and receive an unmatched level of attention.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in the catering or hospitality industry is essential.
* Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
* Experience in sales, upselling, or business development is an advantage.
* Knowledge of menu planning, pricing strategies, and food service logistics.
* Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel) and general administrative tasks.
