Location: Onsite Dublin 3 or Cork City
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable ER/HR Advisor to join a fast-paced team. In this role, you will provide expert advice to clients on all aspects of employment law and HR, ensuring that every interaction is of the highest professional standard. A deep understanding of Irish Employment Law is essential for success in this position, as you will be guiding clients through complex legal matters and creating tailored employment documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide timely, expert advice to clients on employment law and HR-related matters.
2. Manage your caseload independently, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of cases.
3. Develop strong relationships with clients, offering bespoke documentation and guidance via phone, email, and video conferencing.
4. Stay current with updates in Irish employment law and HR best practices, applying this knowledge to all client interactions.
5. Participate in meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your expertise.
6. Ensure accurate recording and reporting of all client interactions and work outputs.
Requirements:
1. Extensive knowledge of Irish Employment Law and HR practices.
2. Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with a professional and confident demeanor.
3. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
4. Excellent written English and word processing abilities.
