As an Innovation Chef, you will be responsible for developing innovative future food products for global consumers.
Your work will involve exploring new culinary concepts, linking gastronomy with trends, consumer insight, and food science to create innovative new products for the future.
This is a fast-paced and challenging role, involving diverse projects across all food and drink categories.
You will spend approximately three days per week in the development kitchen, experimenting with new ideas, investigating novel ingredients, and testing innovative cooking methods.
Research is key in identifying forthcoming trends and understanding how to translate these into successful new products.
High-profile presentations will showcase your innovative new products.
This role involves working Monday to Friday, mainly on site, with occasional home-working or travel.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
• A broad range of culinary experience as an accomplished Chef
• A proven track record of creating innovative new dishes that push boundaries
• A curious nature, enjoying experimentation in the kitchen, with no fear of making mistakes
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• A desire to learn, with strong team player qualities, able to share ideas, learn from others, and form relationships across the business
