Purpose of the Role
You will work within the Marketing Communications team and collaborate with the wider Core Functions team and the broader firm. Your role will play a fundamental part in developing our brand collateral, both internally and externally. You will create, edit, and optimise content with strong attention to detail, acting as a style and tone of voice guardian for the brand and supporting ways to streamline and modernise what is produced.
Responsibilities
Content Creation
Edit, proof, and create content across various channels and platforms, optimising for both internal and external audiences with high accuracy and according to our in-house editorial style and tone of voice guides. Content will cover a range of topics, including employer brand, technical, and campaign work.
Digital Marketing
Manage website content, including SEO optimisation, social media management, and running digital advertising campaigns. Analyse reports on digital activities to track trends, drive traffic, and increase followers.
Design
Create high-quality brand-compliant artwork for campaigns and collateral, including print, digital channels, and merchandise.
Internal Communications
Support the delivery of our internal communications plans, including the development of a new intranet site, managing day-to-day intranet content, designing our monthly staff newsletter, and creating content to promote internal events and initiatives.
Advertising, PR and Brand
Support the organisation of advertising campaigns with third-party publications, liaise with a PR agency to support firm-wide PR plans, and coordinate other brand activities, such as sponsorship opportunities, photography, and events.
Requirements
Experience
At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in professional services, financial services, or a related industry.
Skillset
3rd-level qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. Experience writing for various channels, including social media, web, and article-style content. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programmes (InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Photoshop) and Drupal 9 website content management system is an advantage. Experience with Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools is also beneficial.
