Brand Marketing Manager - 12 Month Contract in North Dublin
Cpl Marketing is recruiting for a Brand Marketing Manager to join a Pharmaceutical company on a 12-month contract with potential extension in North Dublin.
This dynamic role involves executing marketing strategies, spearheading product launches, and optimising cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional results.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with expertise in marketing, possessing experience in digital channels, OTC products, and sales, as well as a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and execute country-level marketing strategies, focusing primarily on new product launches.
2. Collaborate with cluster and local leadership teams to ensure seamless product launch execution.
3. Serve as the market expert, staying ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform strategic planning.
4. Develop, localise, and implement marketing materials, leveraging both digital and traditional channels.
5. Partner with customer-facing teams to align brand strategies with customer engagement activities.
6. Drive partnerships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Medical, Legal, Finance, and Corporate Affairs teams.
7. Contribute actively to cross-functional team meetings, ensuring alignment across Alliance Markets.
About You:
* 8+ years' experience in a similar Marketing opportunity within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Proven experience in marketing and digital marketing, with a focus on OTC products and sales.
* Exceptional project management skills with a solutions-driven approach.
* Strong analytical capabilities and business acumen, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel at an advanced level, PowerPoint, etc.).
* A comprehensive understanding of local regulatory policies and compliance requirements.
