Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Professional to lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive training function. Based in our Head Office in Athlone, you will work closely with business leaders and their teams to create a workplace where individuals can build a fulfilling career.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs and priorities of the organization.
* Provide proactive and professional advice and support to stakeholders.
* Commission external providers and develop talent management interventions.
* Implement training functionality and manage the training budget.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training solutions.
* Fetac Level 6 Train the Trainer qualified.
* Experience using Cornerstone LMS and Rise 360 is an advantage.
* Able to learn quickly, work independently, and solve problems effectively.
* Experience influencing senior management teams and driving change.
