KNOW THE ROLE
We currently hiring for a Pick and Pack Assistant to work a part time (15 hour) summer contract within our Brown Thomas Dublin store. Key responsibilities include:
1. To ensure effective delivery of all goods by packing goods to the highest standard and gift wrapping as requested
2. To exercise care in handling merchandise
3. To maintain stockrooms/dispatch area in an orderly, disciplined and commercial fashion and to keep neat and tidy at all times
4. To merchandise products in keeping with Brown Thomas standards
5. To maintain department layout in a customer friendly way having regard for safety issues
6. To honour all time commitments for the delivery of goods/post
7. To offer the customer the highest level of customer service in keeping with Brown Thomas standards
8. To ensure all customer transactions are treated with the strictest confidence
9. To be aware and observe all Company policies and procedures
10. Follow health and safety procedures and security procedures
11. Any other duties as required by your Line Manager
