Change Management Director
Our client is a global strategic transformation programme across all aspects of its business with a view to providing enhanced offerings to clients in this new digital world.
This change transformation programme aims to improve efficiencies, processes, effectiveness, and add value to the business while providing clients with a greater customer journey. We are looking to focus on standardisation, automation, and working smarter to achieve a consistent positive client experience across the regions.
We are seeking individuals with experience in a global organisation, strategic transformation initiatives, and a strong background in implementing change management processes. Candidates should be comfortable in a hands-on role, understand how people experience change, ensure change is embraced, and guide executives on what “good” looks like – real value add, enhancing client experience/customer journey, organisational design and change, target operating models, efficiencies/effectiveness, scalability, coaching/training, and adoption.
Responsibilities include:
1. Create a change management strategy taking into account the impact on organizational change.
2. Advance, execute, and update plans to manage change across the global company.
3. Guide and coach senior leadership teams on leading through change within a global company.
4. Evaluate organizational change awareness, willingness, and readiness.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
6. Define success metrics and evaluate the impact of changes on different areas of the business and the effectiveness of this transformation.
