Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate & qualify sales opportunities through outbound prospecting
2. Engage potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
3. Educate and excite prospects about the company’s solutions
4. Seamlessly transition leads to Account Executives for deal closure
5. Track and optimize performance metrics (daily, weekly, monthly)
6. Stay up to date on industry trends & company offerings
7. Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
8. Drive sales growth & contribute to team success
Candidate Profile:
1. Fluent German (C1+) & English (C1+) (both written & spoken)
2. 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or Business Development (SaaS preferred)
3. Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory
4. A growth mindset & passion for sales
5. Strong organization & attention to detail
6. Proactive, motivated & open to feedback
