SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT ANALYST - FINNISH SPEAKER

We’re looking for a Social Media Content Analyst to help shape a safer and more positive digital space. We offer:
1. A full-time, permanent contract with Covalen
2. Relocation Package
3. A choice of day shift (9am to 5:30pm) or evening shift (6pm to 2am) from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and bank holiday work
4. A base annual salary of €29,700k, with an additional 25% increase for the evening shift from 10pm to 2am, plus a €12 daily taxi allowance, bringing total potential earnings up to €33k

You need:
1. Fluency in Finnish (C1/C2) and English (C1)
2. A valid Stamp 4, 1G, or EU passport (required)
3. In-depth cultural understanding and awareness of current affairs in the region
4. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills
Your Role:
1. Investigate and resolve reported issues, including account support and abusive content, via our ticketing system
2. Enforce community guidelines by addressing reports of abuse on the platform
3. Stay updated on clients' products and community standards
4. Use your regional insights to provide scalable solutions and support the online community
5. Analyse data to continuously enhance user experience
6. Spot trends and escalate critical issues to the global team
7. Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Please note, this role may involve reviewing sensitive content, so working from our office in Sandyford - D18 - is essential.
