Head of Sales
This is a permanent position in our Park West, Dublin 12 office, working Monday to Friday office hours.

Our team of over 500 employees focuses on Building Digital Thinking into your Business. To enable this, we offer a range of Core services including Consulting, Project & Programme Management Services, Managed Services, and Digital Services, Modern Workplace and Technology Platforms. This role will lead our Sales Team and primary responsibilities include:
Position Responsibilities
* Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve Gross Margin targets across all gates, ensure coverage for business units in terms of annual revenue targets, monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
* Business Development: Work with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT market, develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market trends and opportunities.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key customers, understand customer needs and provide effective solutions, ensure customer satisfaction and retention, resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
* Team Management: Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members, develop and implement sales training programs, foster a positive and collaborative team environment, ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Technical Competencies
At least five years experience in sales management servicing large customers, at least ten years experience in sales, in IT or a related field, have experience of identifying, qualifying and winning large and complex IT services contracts, experience working in a consultative sales role, experience of managing multiple, complex customer engagements.

Very strong communication skills; written, verbal and presentation, demonstrated experience building trusted relationships and an ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, strong attention to detail, ability to work in a complex organisational environment, strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility, ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.
