Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities:
Review cash and position reconciliationsPrepare expenses schedules including calculation of management and carried interest/performance feesPrepare investor allocations for each NAV periodEnsure NAV and all other client deliverables are completed accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with the relevant approved procedurePreparation of quarterly/annual Financial Statements and annual auditServe as operational contact for a range of clients; excellent written and verbal communication skills are a prerequisiteGain a comprehensive understanding of offshore and onshore fund structures for closed ended fundsOpen, accurate and timely communication with all colleaguesAbility to cover all funds within the team when requiredWork with Manager to mentor and train more junior colleaguesWork on projects / Adhoc tasks as requiredQualifications Required3 to 5 years' fund accounting background with experience in Alternatives / Private Equity / Private Debt FundsKnowledge of eFront preferred (Geneva or Investran beneficial)Have a strong knowledge of loan/debt products, private equity structures and waterfall calculationsStrong Excel knowledge is essentialIndividual who takes initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilitiesStrong oral and written communication skillsAdditional InformationAll staff are expected to embody our core values that underpin everything that we do and that reflect the skills and behaviours we all need to be successful:
