Key Responsibilities:
* Investigate & Resolve: Handle reported issues, from account support requests to potentially abusive content, via our ticketing system.
* Enforce Standards: Monitor and enforce our client's Terms of Use, ensuring a safe and respectful community.
* Stay Informed: Become well-versed in our client's products and community standards.
* Market Insights: Use your knowledge to find scalable solutions for our user community.
* Data Analysis: Gather and analyze relevant data to enhance the overall user experience.
* Trendspotting: Recognize trends and escalate issues beyond policy guidelines to our global team.
* Efficiency: Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
Required Skills & Competences:
* Resilience: Operate effectively in a fast-paced, pressured environment.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy.

Language Skills:
* Fluency in Thai (C1-C2), with an understanding of regional culture and trends.
* Proficiency in English (B2-C2).
Contract:
* Full-time, permanent.
Compensation & Benefits:
* Working Hours: Day shift (9-5) OR Evening shift (6pm-2am) with no rotation.
* Location: Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South.
* Evening Shift: 25% salary uplift for hours worked between 10pm and 2am.
* Travel Allowance: €12 per day (before tax) for evening shift.
