This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team as a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor, providing superior level customer service and business support to our client's customers using their service offering.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients across various channels.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
* Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Two years of proven customer service experience in an agile environment.
* A second-level education.
* Excellent self-management skills.
* The ability to collaborate within a team.
* An approachable personality.
* IT proficiency.
* Exceptional understanding of reporting tools.
* Availability to work shifts between 6am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
