Overall purpose of the Job As the Receptionist, you will perform general receptionist duties along with supporting the facilities function onsite.
Main Duties and Responsibilities Provide professional customer services by responding promptly to all helpdesk enquiries. Assist with incoming mail to appropriate personnel. Support facilities operations when needed through administrative tasks and coordination of activities. Housekeeping of main reception are and other ad-hoc duties. Monitor and log temporary contractor and visitor ID cards or room bookings. Complete on-site training in a clear format adhering to all quality procedures. Ensure equipment is kept clean and in good working order. Show courtesy to all members of staff and client. Person Specification Fluent in English. Bright & smiling disposition. Team player. Flexible approach to duties undertaken. Willing to step in and cover annual leave / sick leave of co-workers. Working Pattern 1. Monday to Friday 9.00am to 2.30pm 2. Monday to Friday 12.00pm to 8.00pm 3. Saturday 9.00am to 5.
